What is a Creative?
A Creative is the basis for one or more Ads. It defines the output of an Ad including the Target URL, Creative Image and textual fields. You will need to create a Creative before you create an Ad.
Creating an Creative
Attributes
- Name: A descriptor for the Creative.
- Creative Asset Group: The name of the Creative Asset Group which the Creative belongs to or has an association with.
- Target URL: The URL of the target for the Creative, essentially where the user goes when they click the Creative.
- Image: An uploaded image related to the Creative.
- Fields: The remaining fields will belong to the attributes of the Creative Asset Group, populating these fields will allow you to assign the attributes to that model so that they display appropriately within a template.
Actions
- Asset Groups: Links to the edit page of the associated Creative Asset Group.
- Clone: Creates a copy of the Creative.
- Edit: Links to a page which allows for editing, modification, addition and removal of the attributes listed above.
- Archive: Removes the Creative.
